In the project there are 3 phases. When the project has been completed there going to be 88 luxurious suits in 8000 sqm. The first phase is completed and it is consisting of, 16 fully furnished luxurious suits. You may choose ground floor with garden, or you may choose upper floor fabulous 43 sqm terrace with private jacuzzi. Indoor area of Suits is 43 sqm and it is consisting of 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, large open living room, private jacuzzi spa area, 15 sqm balcony and 20 sqm garden. In total suits are 87 sqm.

All rooms are completely and elegantly furnished depends on EU Standards.

In the project there is a Lobby area, Bar, open air restaurant, large swimming pool, open buffet breakfast area, perfectly designed landscaped gardens and car parking lots.
