PROJECT 07 – AGIOU SPYRIDONOS

“This beautiful city has a long history dating back to Ancient Greece. In the 5th century BC, it was planned as a port city and continues to function as one today. It is an integral part of Athens, housing Greece’s largest harbor, and serving as a major commercial and industrial center with a huge marina. The harbor served approximately 8.7 million passengers in 2022. The University of Piraeus is one of Greece’s largest universities. Piraeus offers a plethora of open and closed museums waiting to be explored.

Its fantastic location allows easy access to Athens city center within 15 minutes via the metro, and a quick trip to Glyfada in about 30 minutes. One of the most beautiful aspects of Piraeus is its proximity to almost all Greek islands, reachable by boats departing right from its shores. Piraeus is also renowned for its beautiful beaches, exceptional Greek cuisine restaurants, numerous coffee shops, extensive promenades, stunning sunset views, and convenient ferry connections to the islands. The priceless Zea Marina and picturesque Mikrolimano add to its charm, making Piraeus a sought-after area for short-term rentals.

Piraeus is the largest Mediterranean port in terms of passenger traffic and commercial activity, though many visitors to Athens view it primarily as a transit point to the Aegean islands. The project is located in Piraeus, just behind the port terminals, surrounded by numerous coffee shops and restaurants.

The building spans nine levels and includes fourteen one-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom lofts.”
