GLYFADA

The route will pass through six different municipalities, including Glyfada. As part of the project, a total of 18 kilometers of integrated walking and cycling paths will be created, extending from Kallithea to Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni; thus connecting different municipalities while increasing accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. The route will pass through rivers, marinas, beaches, and major development areas such as Hellinikon and Faliron Delta Park, creating connections with new green spaces, rest areas, and local infrastructure.
By improving the urban environment and promoting sustainable, active transportation, the Urban Walk project is expected to enhance quality of life, bring more visitors and economic activity to the coastal area, and support a low-carbon future for the region.
