There are two key requirements in this program:
You must have a home in Italy—either rented or purchased—and a stable passive income.
If you meet these two conditions, we can apply for your residence permit even with just a Schengen Visa, without the need for a D Visa. It’s a shortcut to permanent residency and, eventually, an Italian passport.

- SECTION 2 / INVESTOR VISA (VISTO PER INVESTITORI)
Also known as the Italy Golden Visa.
This is a 2-year residence permit for non-EU citizens who invest in strategic assets for the Italian economy and society. It is renewable upon expiration and grants you the freedom to live, work, and study in Italy. It is one of the easiest paths to permanent residency and eventually an Italian passport.
Only individuals are eligible for the Investor Visa. Applications by legal entities will not be considered. The applicant must be an individual over the age of eighteen.
